Sir, I am kailash Chandra jena after completion of ITI I joined in ppl paradeep. Ppl a good pvt.ltd where safety rules and regulations are mandatory and then work, I am learning more about work and comparison with my theory is same and they follow safety rules at every moment in working condition and there I would work as a maintenance technician in different sections like lathe Lb-17, different gearbox,oil checking of locomotive,automobile section, fitting section and machine section. I learned from my technician master Mr. Bindhani sir who worked there 35 years as technician in ppl. I will leave from ppl because of my higher studies (diploma) and also there is no feature for us. Therefore I request to you kindly find a good platform for me where I will apply my skill and deployed it.

Dislikes

I dislike because there is no opportunity for us to grow up and promotion that's why I will leave from there.
