PPD provides good number of leaves. *Flexibility in work and login timings, provided you prove your worth and be trustworthy in terms of assigned work. *Work from home requests are considered for personal reasons, however transitioning to complete WFH model is a challenge if you have joined as a Office based employee. *Bonus is not performance linked, hence you'd get complete bonus at the end of defined cycle. *PPD emphasizes on knowledge and training in various processes of your domain. However, transitioning to another domain is a bit of a challenge.
