I never expected that i will get into trouble, my whole concern is job security, that i faced, it happened 1st time in my 11 year's professional career. I was doing exceptionally well based on the clients requirements, but in 4 months they told we do not have projects in pipe line, so you have to look out. The moment I heard I felt very unhappy. I am adding 1 more point here that an employee told me when I was in PoweupCloud, there is a TL (Team lead, name: Bala) he thinks he is owner of the company, his conversation with HR was: fire them who comes late and go early, I will refer my candidates they will work 12 hours later in the drive he hired only his candidates. Its a the company not political party, so hire only deserving candidates.

No job Security, No work culture, if you want to work then be ready to become puppets. Management team of 2person follow no professional ethics. They r highly arrogant. Few Managers do not value an individuals'unique strengths. They don't want to follow the minimal Industry Standards required to be the great place to work. I had hard time to implement few best practices for employees. Positions can be dissolved at any point of time stating "I am the CEO." The policy is just for show and do not want to follow similar to "Jungle Raj“.

Management needs to pay more attention to employee requirements and Infrastructure needs to be expand with the growing workforce.
