Worst Company ever have seen in career. No work life balance. Longer working hours. No recognisation for the work done. They just hire the employee without any plan and thoughts and and fire them to cut the cost. Employees and even Director play dirty politics. They don't know how to run the Company. Its way far from Corporate culture. Multiple employees have joined and left or told to leave within 4 - 6 months to cut the cost. They run the Company in consultation of a person, who thinks himself like a big billionaire and even doesn't have sense of talking to anybody. They insult and humiliate the employees in meetings and then ask or force them to leave the job.
