Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company flexible in and out time and also you can work at home. Company gives you challenging work and also gives time for RND. You can show your creativity here and they always well come ypur best idea.

Dislikes

... company. No time limit even don't pay for overtime. Frequently changeable work. No fixed time for salary. Most important job security.
