Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

As a computer graduate I wanted to work in Data and automation field and POSOCO is producing huge amount of real time data from the Grids & also I have lots & lots of opportunities to grow my knowledge and career here. People here consider and value my work and encourage me to do experiments and higher studies. I am happy to join Power system operation corporation.

Only thing I dislike about posoco is it's HR team, they are not too much motivated to do their job which sometimes creates problems.
