office amenities need to be look out certainly, compensation is a point need to be think as per current requirement.

They will be biased towards the people who are in favour with HR and management. Company has lot of politics and no proper salary , increment , no opportunity for new learners .Some old staff is sticking on in the company who always try to dominate over new talented young people.Work life balance is poor .Management and HR is terrible .I don't prefer anyone else to join here .

...sals will be decided by IRA without any quantitative measures Office politics. Very much important is salary delay.. will be more tha 3 months and some people it may go even for 6Months

PRDC is a good company for a fresher where he can learn a lot with the guidance of seniors. The work culture is good and friendly.

The only problem is the delay in salary. We will get our salary but not on time, so it's difficult to manage our necessities.

Salary never get credited on time... There will always 2-3months delay. Basically hear you never get paid timely and please forget about salary hike.
