As powermech is known for its AMC services (Annual maintenance contract) for maintenance of giants like Adani, Tata considering being a employee of a company taking AMC forget that your job would be cusion feeling, definitely it will be rough and hectic but trust me it will make u learn alot if u are interested. Job security is good, work culture depends upon adaptation of individual, management Andhra baised, rest all ok...ok..growth is very poor...

Delayed Salary, Poor Increment, lack of Transparency in appraisal, On job training never happened, Salary is not satisfactory.

...ost individual performance. Appraisal system should be transparent and unbiased. So many perks which was earlier available to employees such as Tour Allowance, Bonus, Incentive has been completely forgotten the company should keep it to gain employees trust.

Nothing good here, working culture is very poor. No salary on time, no job security, no communication with Head office, site in charge can fire anytime from job without any reason. So I request to everyone to don't join this company.

...average. Career growth is poor, no proper training to bottom lebel (to workers). Salary is 20 days delays in each month any way salary issue can be manage.

No one is ready to listen your problem even you are suffering with serious issue.. Suppose you are suffering with serious health problem of your child management will not gives their proper support to do solve the problem. During this if requirment if manpower at other site they can mobilise you at there even you requested about your problem. In powermech most of the engineers are relatives of site management team due to this during mobilisation of man power at new sites are other sites if required you must be mobilise by management of you are not relative of any of them, even you have the any serious problem. Still if you requsted to send other person in mobilisation management doing the warn "if you will not go there in mobilisation i will not to do duty here" means you have to resign even you are suffering with very serious health problems of your self either your spouse.
