Usually salary credit is late. After resignation they don't support. Hr dept. Is not supportive at all. They just wait for higher authority intervention.

...lopment of professional carrier initially I strongly recommend one has to join .but in terms of salary you take and the facilities you get ,you should avoid it for no reason . in any site you have that scope of advancing your analytical and thought provoking skills . Ethics of company should be improved for the welfare of employees and should rethink about benefits for employees

The job security is good & working culture is average and company management policy is not to be good .

Management policy is not good two different sites different types of culture salary groth is not to be good,there is no any one issue has solve at a time.
