It was an awesome working experience with the company. It was very challenging in the starting but it help me a lot and increased my confidence. Good companies only salary delays but work culture is familyer and most things as per given target by client we are achieving timely.

...ost individual performance. Appraisal system should be transparent and unbiased. So many perks which was earlier available to employees such as Tour Allowance, Bonus, Incentive has been completely forgotten the company should keep it to gain employees trust.

Extra duty hours but no over time.
