Management is Good, Team members are fine with good support, I love the fact that I am part of the team that is making great wonders and better worth in Saudi Arabia and India. As a result i travelled for Saudi arabia for 2 yrs on project based , i got saudi visa . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work in happy collaboration in success of a company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. As per my profession i have to do 24/7 including Fridays which is a part and parcel of my profession

I did not like the work culture No leaves No weekly offs And most importantly No salary upto 3 Months

Salary will be received after three months, which means January salary will be received in April and February Salary will be received in May

Good Working Conditions, Some Better Salary Packages. Good Working opportunity & environment to every body. Good Team Always encouraging, I leave the company a couple of years ago but still their are in touch through social networks wishing each other, some of the most memorable days in my life like school days & college days

Only Late Salaries, of-course politics, their is a politics in every where but not a big issue. If work hard & sincerely career growth sure.

my deep concern regarding my current salary. As we are aware, I have been working diligently for your company as a trainee engineer and salary is too low. According to my point of view the salary should be in between 3.5 to 4.5 lpa and i get approximately 13000 in hand

...r management but the site incharge is busy in his own business not for company . He only to manage means cut the salary of people. But didn't know the way how save the company and its culture.
