The company is good for the freshers to learn mechanical,civil jobs in the different plants of all over India.

Dislikes

It's Full bull shit to join powermax.. Company not care about their staff.You won't get your salary on time.January salary comes in the month of March or April.Pressurised job but very low salary.The company don't pay the money of the employees if they resign.I didn't get paid three month of salary even after continuous follow up.

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
