Nothing simply waste

Please don't give any awards to this company because 2 months salary pending for me . Every month ECS amount deducting but they not given any login ID. Site job 24×7 they treating like a slave. Please do not recommend this company anyone. I have proof for everything. Thank you

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
