Working as a contractual employee is good enough as long as you don't see your future beyond the job contract agreement , which you have signed at the time of joining and extensions (if any).

... POWERGRID you will get to learn a lot of things on the core electrical front. As far as salary is concerned it is really good for entry level job, as you don't get easily such a handsome package just passing out from college.

Site locations are remote you might have to adjust with your lifestyle accordingly.

Teammate are very supportive and your growth will increase with your experience and salary is also very good. Work environment is really good and it gives accommodation also that is really super and also work life will balanced.

Power erectors is a small organization. where we have opportunities to learn more on ground level to Top management for example Team management,planing,Client co-ordination,billing,material reconciliation.
