Employees are expected to work 247 without any regards to personal conditions Company doesn't believe in creating backup of important resources, so when good resources leave, all burden rest on his team members and lower levels. No job security, the company has been financially hopeless since the day it started. Its running only on alms and is being kept alive by force from the regulatory body so that there is no monopoly in the market. With a 95% market share of IEX, there already is monopoly.
