Senior management only wants to dump work on lower levels while play candy crush or watch movies in office hours. Employees are expected to work 247 without any regards to personal conditions Company doesn't believe in creating backup of important resources, so when good resources leave, all burden rest on his team members and lower levels. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
