Salary is on time. Job security is good. This company is good for fresher.

Dislikes

Salary is increased after 2 years. Working hour is 10 hours without OT for engineers, which is against of Qatar labour law. Accomodation is not good for engineers ( 4 people resides in one room ). Engineer, supervisor and foreman all are same work profile. You have to stand 10 hours on site strictly. Work life balance is very hard. There is a bond of 2 years before which you resign have to pay 1300QR.

This company is good plateform for freshers/ beginners. Another good thing is salary is on time.

... this company. Promotion/ appraisal is every 2 years with minimum consideration. Leave is credited after completion of 2 years else salary deducted. Accomodation is not good for engineers. 1 room for 4 engineers, 1 bathroom for 8 engineers & 1 kitchen for 12 engineers are provided by company. Transportation is not good for engineers staff. This is a subcontractor company which has no any standard operating procedure. Mandatory working hour is 10 hours without OT.

Nothing to like worst management and terribly worst project manager. Every company there are supervisors and foreman comes under engineers but in this company only engineers are there who have to directly work with workers whom even dont know work. If u dont have other chances then only surrender to this job.
