Very Good company to start your career. Training, learning and knowledge sharing is up-to the mark. There is no benefits but its better not to look for benefits at the start of career. Overall company culture is good

Lots of opportunities for those who wants to take initiatives and challenges and establish system.

Dislikes

Leadership at group level is terrible, extremely unfair treatment to employee in terms of remuneration. Pay cuts (55% pay cut from salary) for consequent 6+ months since the pandemic started without any notice and to be continued further. ( Your agreed CTC in appointment letter has no value, they will change/cut your salary as much as 55% for whatever reason they want) Even though they offer 50% rise it is not wise to join ( they will later put pay cut of 55%) 😅 Horrible experience...... Better wait for another opportunity rather than joining
