CL and SL can be credited in beginning of the year itself.sothat employees can avail if required.HR will restrict if any employee is utilised unnecessarily.

1,Managing directors their natural understanding is very good and like it. 2, very good incentive policy compare to other competitors. 3, Employee personal care. 4,Trust in us. 5,The behavior of the higher authorities is excellent like VP and AGMs. 6,It is good to be able to easily contact the managing director and higher authorities (VP & HODs) and resolve the problem at the desired time. 7,It is very good to run a company with staff's welfare rather than profit motive.

Dislikes

1,It seems that we are still bit a slower than other competitors. 2.Hiding one's own fault and complaining about others at all levels 3,Not enjoying the growth of others ( Only a few people )

I've ever seen a Director like this. Such a good human being. So caring and honest person. I'm honestly saying because of the Director I'm still and till my last breath I wanted to do my work. Please don't miss the chance if you get a Job at Pothys swarna Mahal. Thank you
