Very Nice company to learn what Retail is all about.You will have abundant freedom to inoovate and execute new ideas and initiatives.All MD's are extremely knowledgeable and were like a mentor

Not a good place to fit in, if you are educated. Appraisal is a very big term for them, they won't hike much Max 1k. That too you need to wait and follow up regularly.
