I have been working here since 2 years now and I would always recommend this place for anyone as I think, we have the best work-life balance and company culture. Here in Potentiam, we are allowed to work flexibly and they provide us with all the support. We are always encouraged to take care of our personal life along side our profession. Everyone is very supportive. Overall, if you are a part of Potentiam, you would love working here.

Dislikes

There is nothing as of now which I dislike. You might find company processes and policies being upgraded if you join now - as Potentiam is a growing company but that too with the consideration and feedbacks from employees. You can always share your concerns and feedbacks with the HR team and our Co-Founder himself.

I've spent the last 9 months at Potentiam Hyderabad, and everything is good. The Director and HR are really helpful and clients are working with new technologies and Hyderabad office is a good co-working space, and I'm really happy to be part of the team.

I recently joined Potentiam, and I am truly impressed by the level of support and care the company has shown during my initial days. They have not only provided excellent equipment but have also implemented engaging employee programs that foster a positive work environment. The company promptly addresses employee concerns and ensures effective resolutions. I am grateful to be a part of such a supportive organization that genuinely values its employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Specially Shafeequr Rahaman, VP and Co-founder of Potentiam Offshore Services Pvt is very frank and friendly, he always help his employee to grow in career. It is my pleasure to working under him.
