It's overall a consulting company..no salary growth, no appraisals and they always neglect mistake of employees company not deciding the reality's of employees so it's not a perfect but it's a average one

Management is very poor. They make you serve 3 months of notice period and torture you everyday till the end of it. Most senior Director is a misogynistic man who always tries to belittle everyone especially girls.

Talking about learning, there is a great amount of learning and development for one. We as an employee tend to learn everyday something new something exciting about any new role. One may find it monotonous, although this factor vanishes when we get a proper guidance and motivation from our peers. There is a work life balance. There is job security. It's been almost 10 months now that I have been associated with Posterity consulting, overall, it's been an amazing experience here.
