Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. You can learn alot since lot of big projects will be upon offer. Most of the employees are good & considerate.

Dislikes

I never seen a company at such disorganized level . They even don't have HR & proper people for running the company. Top management is running the company using interns with no proper experienced people to overwatch them. Also they don't pay their employees & interns on time Or sometimes nothing for certain months backed by lame excuses. This company ran by people, with no knowledge of how to ran a company or carryforward it. All i can say is continue with caution.
