Hi I worked for Positive Food Ventures Pvt Ltd. for the time period 1.2 Years, I realise company is fraud and the management is carrying very bad thinking, Specially Dhruv is a poltician in this company, he is working in this company as a NSM but he don't know what is sales. i never say to anyone for join this company. this is a very bad company in my life.

...e MD is know every thing, what is running in his company but still he is silent. company stop my 6 month half salary & 2 months full salary. i suggest please join this types company.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
