...e management will only let you work untill they think you are useful to them. 3.Your salary will be deducted even in case of emergency when it is out of HR policy that they present at the time of joining. 4.The management wouldn't attend to any of the problem u face, all they want from us is to achieve their targets irrespective of difficulties which is actually very stressful .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
