Nothing to like about this company and it's founders

Dislikes

Office politics, They will treat you like slave, HR will always focus on how to cut employees salary,even in medical emergencies they will deduct your salary. All the current employees are frustrated. Trust me don't join this company

It is a toxic culture overall. If you manage to impress the co-founders then you will be spared of the toxicity else you will be treated badly on daily basis. It is a modern day slavery in short. There is no work life balance, working on weekends is tagged as "hustle culture". Co-founders and senior management who are there for more than 10years now, need to be more humans and have empathy towards employees in general. Avoid joining the company in my opinion!

Dislikes

Toxic place to work for long term, mindset is ruptured and degraded like anything. Working on weekend is pretty normal and motivated highly. Working long hours, compromising personal life is praised. So much to say about toxic culture. Every day is unpredictable, you can be thrown at any point of time. GO AWAY!!

Office Location in approachable to Metro but parking issues are tremendous and also at the ground floor there is liquor godown

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
