...as right, no matter what level of dedication with other individual is working. Salary is less as compared to daily workers. Exploiting job seekers. Strong inclination towards less educated people than highly qualified. As they aware of fact less educated will stick to them till retirement. Just a proprietor, nothing more than that.

The only positive aspect of working at Portronics Digital Private Limited was the second Saturday off and the provision of two short leaves in a month. However, beyond that, everything else about the company was a nightmare. The work culture, management, policies, and staff were all disappointing. The management showed no respect or empathy for employees, and the toxic environment made it unbearable to continue. I had a one-year stint with Portronics and chose to submit an instant resignation the moment I secured a new job. I never expected to have such a terrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone until they make significant changes to improve their work culture and management practices.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Portronics Digital Private Limited's customer care support team. The management displayed no empathy, sympathy, or appreciation for their employees. Managers were incredibly rude, even using inappropriate language when discussing personal matters or family issues. The work environment is toxic, with no work-life balance as leaves are rarely approved. Employees are left feeling demoralized, and it's evident that this is not an isolated issue; many others are enduring the same treatment but remain stuck due to the lack of alternative job opportunities. I strongly advise Portronics to take a serious look at their management practices and focus on creating a supportive and respectful work environment for their employees. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I like to test all kind of speakers ,nd my teammated are very supported, from portronics i have to learn their are so many companies which is rivel to each other but the better one is tht who's quality will much better nd from here i absorb diff types of people have diff choice nd my Boss Mr. Jasmeet singh sir is very supporting person in this whole company after that Amit sir , Gurmeet sir nd roshan ali nd mrs . Sharbani mam HR head she is also a supporting person in this company nd my all teammates enginners alwayes supported me.

Not Just do your work director is very supportive and encouraging to do something in your work but other staff are not supportive and if anyone even your senior will support you then your in danger zone and you can fire at any time
