It is good organization with best policy for employees. Freedom to working shifts. Frequent group party and celebrations.

Dislikes

System is not stable, very flexible person to person. Working method is 20-30 years old. Its one person driven company not system driven.

1) Salary increment 2) Altu faltu investment ki jagah appraisal krne mein jyda better scope hai. 3) Good companionship

Overall company culture is good but molding department is very very bad. Production manager Nilesh Dave is not good. He is doing harrasment of all employees.

Dislikes

Molding department production manager Nilesh Dave he is more culprit person. Doing politics and never supported to employees. In last 5 years there is total 7 supervisors given resignation because of his harrasment.

Heavy politics in Portescap . and there is no job security here. Plus there is no guarantee what your boss feels about you . You complete your 18 months of GET training the HR says no vacancy. Pathetic experience here.

Team mates were good & co-operative in nature. Work life balance is nice as this organisation works in 5 days working for white collar employee. Blaming game is more rather than co-operation from co-workers. System is good but adhearnace is less management need to give more focus on this. Job security is less any time can Company will tell and take forceful resignation from you. Infrastructure is not so good in plant.

Appraisal is good in company & compensation is also nice.
