All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.

On time salary, small team in Hyderabad by everyone thinks of self growth and have frequently changing managers.

Training was proposed since last 6 months but not given one. Those who are discipline are not valued. Small internal politics between teammates always happens.

I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .

Only salary comes timely else everything is full of politics the worst environment experience of my life here only that employee can work who is zero in performance and excellent in politics and one more thing company has filled such useless employee in management who are least interested in working and highly interested in politics.

Diplomatic and parcial behaviour of management and worst environment in entire company which is something below the lavel of maturity and professionalism.
