Only salary comes timely else everything is full of politics the worst environment experience of my life here only that employee can work who is zero in performance and excellent in politics and one more thing company has filled such useless employee in management who are least interested in working and highly interested in politics.

Diplomatic and parcial behaviour of management and worst environment in entire company which is something below the lavel of maturity and professionalism.

The leaders and managers are good. Porter always welcome new ideas and support you to become better person every day. There is no barrier between upper level management and executive they can directly reach out to them and talk about their problems

HR Management , I like the company policy. Like salary timing , employee outing , employee dinner.

Operation Management . No one have time to take feedback from the employee level and taken action again that complaint. No one care about executive .

You can grow in your carrier with add on skills and learn new ideas for business development. Company give you freedom for make strategy and implement on ground level to proof your ability.

To gain some knowledge about Salesforce and CRM but they didn't think about his partners they always make changes in their processes and take wrong steps

Very much low salary in this 21st century Manager saying he is not running any NGOs
