... b2b teams . As a female employee we feel safe in portea . Co workers are good . Salary hike is nominal . A part of salary is Variable which came under CTC but depends upon target acheivement . Seniors are cooperative and helpfull. Lots of training programme arranged in office . Daily allownce or travel allownce is very much low .But salary comes in time .one month notice period . Overall its an avarage to good company .

it is an Excellent and well organized establishment, with skill development and learning, wonderful job security, and good salary and benefits. I will be able to talk more about portea medical when I'm fully employed. By God's grace.

I cannot really say much about my dislike working at protea medical. But I will be able to tell better what my dislikes are when I'm considered and highered to work.

My abilities of work were not recognized. Low monitoring of management. Biased work culture. No growth on job security. Managers have a habit of bluffing. HR policies are very outdated.

One of the worst company I have seen in my life, No Proper Statutory, No Job Security for the employees, if they dislike the employee, will terminate them with internal politics.

...c salary. Below I have listed my dislike about portea. ~ No Work-Life Balance. ~ No Extra Hours Pay. ~ Employees Needs to Work 14 hours a day. (Day & Night) ~ No Job Security ~ Role Confusion ~ Internal Politics ~ Miscommunication between team heads. I don't recommend this company to anyone, it will spoil your career.
