My abilities of work were not recognized. Low monitoring of management. Biased work culture. No growth on job security. Managers have a habit of bluffing. HR policies are very outdated.

Provides ample Opportunity for growth, just need to have the right attitude & approach towards work, great support from Management in all spheres, good guidance from Regional Heads, Work - Life Balance is Ok sorts,

Remuneration & recognization needs to be improved, although there is good amount of appreciation & encouragement, salary & perks also need to be taken care off.

it is an Excellent and well organized establishment, with skill development and learning, wonderful job security, and good salary and benefits. I will be able to talk more about portea medical when I'm fully employed. By God's grace.

I cannot really say much about my dislike working at protea medical. But I will be able to tell better what my dislikes are when I'm considered and highered to work.

...s late or travelling for same. Whenever need leave inform them u will get leave. No tension or issues in salary as we are payroll workers. Better place to work

One of the worst company I have seen in my life, No Proper Statutory, No Job Security for the employees, if they dislike the employee, will terminate them with internal politics.

...c salary. Below I have listed my dislike about portea. ~ No Work-Life Balance. ~ No Extra Hours Pay. ~ Employees Needs to Work 14 hours a day. (Day & Night) ~ No Job Security ~ Role Confusion ~ Internal Politics ~ Miscommunication between team heads. I don't recommend this company to anyone, it will spoil your career.
