Promoter father-son are out of touch with reality. Very poor leadership skills by promoter. Hire and fire policy of management . Poor at retaining talent.

Likes

Working with Portall Infosystem is a combination of fun and learning. It was my first job here and I got to learn a lot beyond my studies. My Head, Team Lead, Managers and colleagues were all always supportive and encouraging.

Hybrid mode is bit difficult and not encouraged.

No future in this organization. Management works here is totally biased. No one works to achieve the purpose.many have left the organisation due to adamant behaviour of the senior.no team work...no co operation with other team..false commitments to external customer. Poor worklife balance
