...nt is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are not fair and they give very poor salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

You can make work life balance if u work in popular wheelwr . When i left company i did not get last month salary. In routine i have to work extra 2-3 hours for waiting of few cheque to be signed by .

You can not make work life balance at Popular. I did not get my last month salary when i left the company. They deduct half day pay if we get few minute late to log in and did not pay anything if we work extra 2-3 hours . If u thinking of work get the offer into dustbin

For the position of Chartered Accountant, Here stay only for learning purpose (stay only for 1 year). Once you learn the routine work then left the company.

The nature of the owner is very rude owner treat the CA as there servant and every time ordered some not filed related work The timing of the company is too long even owner demand to stay and do his work after the working hour Owner have no respect for employee There is no any leaves available for you

The only thing I liked about this company is to leave it.

The owner's son is so arogant and stuborn. Despite of being a nepokid, he advices people about how to do hardwork and how to get success in life. He says that you have to follow my order just like soldier follows army officer's orders. Someone should tell him that this is a company, not an army camp. He don't accept another person's opinion. He thinks that everyone are his slave.
