First they recruited us threw teamlease .and salry package was very low but they gave us soft bukt0-30 collection.then they suddenly murge and we forced to work with hard bkt61- 90 with same salry package. Now new hiring company hired new comers on a very handsome salry and we just a piece of paper for them. Now I am alone handling 2 person portfolio from last month they promised us to gave salry hike and March appraisal but nothing much happened. Every making false promise for just tha sake of work load now we stuck becouse no one gave us much hike no such a low salry according to offer letter if any senior reading this review please thought about our employees.

When m doing job in magma that time all is good bt my salary is so poor m doing 2 year job in magma bt m not get single increment in two year just ...

The work culture of the company is very bad the way boss talk with there employes are worst they even call at mid night and shout with out any reason they do the same thing whole day.

no job security, joined on roll worked 6 month now entire work force is changed off role no proper management, no working enviornment , no one here is to take responsilblity. M just stuck here as they ruined my resume , trying for better opportunity

HR is only for hiring. Lot of pressure for target. After 20th of every month, you have to come to the office and work even on holidays, and you don't get any compensation for it. But this culture has now become common across all NBFC .
