...Assistant manager saying there is no rules for promotion after senior executive. I am searching new job where i can get salary hike as well as promotion. I suggest not to join poonawalla fincorp as there is no job stablity. Any time they can trnasfer to any roll. I transfered operations to collection. This is the wrost company ever.

I most dislike this company because there is no proper sitting place in office, not a good environment, not good working culture, nothing to learn something in this company.

Whether it's appraisal, job security or worklife balance all are pathetic. They just say 3saturdays off but u will get only 2saturday and rest all days will be working including sundays.
