...The absence of Provident Fund (PF) deductions. - The lack of Mediclaim coverage. - Extended working hours, with deductions of half a day's salary for forgetting to record attendance on the portal. - The non-observance of national and festive holidays. - A PLI that is approximately 50% of the salary, which is allegedly never disbursed. I kindly request that these matters be addressed and clarified, ensuring that all employees are fully informed of their rights and entitlements.

Design maker over all poojara roolse k hisab se hi hona chahiye like on roll ho ya off roll or poojara se ho ya partner k sath mil k ho rules sabk liye ek hone chahiye or benifits bhi ....thank you.
