I dislike some HR policies because they are not show everything about your salary structure. And not give all information about salary and holidays.

Likes

The company is an owner based company and apart of it there is no hierarchy which is being followed. Job tenure depends on owners mood and you can be fired at any point of time and without any reason. Work culture is not appropriate, basically females candidates are not kept at high and governing designations.

Dislikes

Compensation is just average, there is no growth. You remain at the same place where you were hired and other people are appointed as your seniors who don't know about the job at all. Appraisals are not bench marked, it depends on owners mood.

Pooja Forge ltd is a good organization for learning and very good customer like railway construction oem and also export and construction and customer audit is very critical for us and also learning from it.

Canteen facility is poor.

Very Bad Management Remove you anytime without any mistake 3-4 days i am waiting in company 8-10 hour to give intreview bcz no management present 3-4 days who takes my interview Very poor qualtiy of talking behaviour

Work cultur is good . All the staff are supporting and problem understanding . There is large shopfloor area it consit of heat treatment , electroplating, and etp plants also

There is no ultimate time giving to the employee when dismiss and Most of people Locality apointed and career growth is slow.
