Dislikes

I am working past 2 1/2 year, still i am not getting any salary increment. Working time 1/2 hour extend from i jioned. Covid- 19 time very difficult to reach the office at the time also very strict in time management and cut one time refreshment like coffee & tea & some leave are cancelled. Higher authority rules are change from one step to next step. Still no one asking staffs suggestion and opinion. This is the first time for suggestion report

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
