Teaching, guiding to student, handling new challenges, Shariing innovative ideas, works on students problems, etc.

Dislikes

Wasting time during working period, low attendance of students, students never follow strictly college rules,etc.

Likes

Teaching was always a passion for me. And after given chance to work as a lecturer, it was a dream comes true to me.

Dislikes

Only one drawback was there, that growth was not there. And i belief that growth is very very important in a professional life.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
