There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

All of there It was the worst organisation on my life time they pay only 8500/month. On first day they tell us I have work under regular shift 8 hrs.. On very next day they compel me to work under 12 hrs shift. But they not pay for that.

All staff all people are supported and no pressure to work in a friendly environment and develop their skills and knowledge.

What you want responsibilities not given to you and as per roll and responsibility does not increase the salary.
