Polyoak is an amazing company to work for. There is an open path to growth in all job titles and the training opportunities are open to all workers. Unfortunately we based in one plant and the workplace is a nice environment to be in no politics or (stories). My work is challenging but I make my ways to get the products out in time and in good quality. The company's standard is high so everything we do id based on the best. The salaries are based in job title but not really based on marked related "we can say little" but thats that.

Dislikes

My colleagues or work mates are cool people to work with, we get along though we speak different languages. Training is mostly is available to all but mostly is materials that you may not always use in other places. Salaries is based on hours worked so does bonuses.
