This is one of best generous organisation,staves over 68 years Have been working here,working hours of factory is 12 hours,no future,Rules and regulations are very weak of the company,Since I have served the big organisation where more than 2000 workers had been working in cement plant,Tube mills,Rolling mills ,spinning mills etc.Hence I am seeking job in big group of companies situated at Maneshar,Gurgaon,Noida,Delhi.I am a key person of Management side.Very sound knowledge and exp of Accounts,Store,Production. I want to do my job in H.O of the company and want to observe the Factory plant 2 or 3 days in a week.Frustration arises of of above noted reasons, This is the Main reason I want to change my job.
