Work appraisal is based on one persons feedback , no professional sm . Customers like decathlon does audit about hr policies , safety etc but it's on paper only.

Nothing the unit head of each section are worst do know anything noo increment from last 3 years

Unit head of chemical lab and cp dont know anything. For name sake tgey are unit head . There is noo growth in career Even if work for 10 yrs your post will be same.do not try to join this company. Politics is at top level in this company only during politics anyone can become unit head or cp head .please its my humble request do not try to join this company
