Unethical organisation, Wont be paid full salary, Wont get everything thats promised in contract, Micromanagement to a laughable degree where you will be made to write down all the 50 calls you make each day everyday, They keep your original passport and original degree with them so you end up being their slave, Ridiculously high employee turnover in Sales department where people are hired or fired on a monthly basis, No laptops/email for sales executive, Need Owner's approval to even send quotation for a small enquiry, Need to pay service of company car from own pocket even though you aren't allowed to take company car to your home.
