There is nothing to like about this company. Even if I would say anything good about this company it would be a lie to myself. Those days were different when there was a whole bunch of great HR team in Polycab but then all of them left Polycab leaving it a miserable company to work in.

...praise your boss to get your work done. 11) Good efforts are not recognized. 12) Salary cut offs without intimation. 13) Beg to take your earned leaves. . . . Up to infinity.
