if there is any Oman consultancy hire by co. At that time definitely Fear of Layoff, Coz already been did in past, high efforts output have not any value on top Mgt, Too politics, appraisal is for just formalities but increament will be with partiality, if any challenges change come in job, no relavant on job training & Devl, too poor canteen food & st bus type services, Co. Is recently listed & they want to Improve many departments functions Coz they already knows thier cons, but yet still not improved untill they change some basic strategy that working in growing listed company instead "SETH/Baniya" Comp. And still if changes will not come, Day by day loos old talented smart workers. Exists interview notes should take seriously by Top Mgt. Specifically in case of Long serviced employee, that will help to improve for Mgt.

Only salary are on time and good product quality other wise everything is worst,, Like management,hr,work life,senior behaviour Pure lala type company culture. Specially Aman sinha(manager,fmeg patna) is leading with non tolerable attitude.worst manager I have ever seen in my 12 years carrier
