For new joiners training and orientation facilities not proper.

I liked very much my director mr Rahul shah.who gives freedom to work.he is very polite and helpful in nature but handicap to ask old employees to behave property with new joiners.

Dislikes

No support from Old employees (staff and management) to new staff.all senior management knows it but no support from them.they listen and support blindly to old employees.
