Work culture very bed. No job security, no relieving letter after resignation, no accepted copy of resignation letter. Politics, no full and final after resignation

The management is not think about the worker But a worker think about the company and his growth he doing hard work but the hard work is going in negative respons

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a parts of a team that market reliable, high- quality products and a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. some times, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day.

I was in best department but still i don't like anything.

...curity. No other benefits for employees. Policy change according to situation. Credit Salary can differ from HR Commitment in interview time (it happen with lots of employees). Service Bond require to join organization. Depand on the department you r going to join. Every one is looking to take credits.
