There is nothing to like about it! everyone here just knows how to fake things and talk about things that don't even make sense.

Dislikes

Everything. Salary is never on time. There is nothing called an appraisal, The showoff is too much. The founder has zero knowledge about the subject or the business he is running. There are hardly any employees in this company but during the interview, the founder claims I have 10 to 20 people working all this is a lie there are hardly any people working over here and the people who should be hired as house help or for cleaning are made Communication Manager over here.

There nothing to like about this company the founder during interview told us there is a team of 20-25 people working in Bangalore and now he want's to set up a office in mumbai But there are only 6-7 people working I have never got my salary on time 45 days delayed in salary and this is since the day I have joined Founder says he has lot of investment but currently no good returns on investment and this is the reason he gives for delaying salary. You will feel targeted by the Founder and his EA who is also the communication head does nothing whole day and all the strategies they have made are shit 3 years and not able to acquire a single client when feedbacks are given they will make you feel low and bad about yourself

Dislikes

There is meeting of 2 hours daily and there is no conclusion to those meeting no agenda of meeting Meeting is all about his work he did in past and shows off about himself he has not subject understanding never listens to your solution and he will always find your solution worthless untill that comes from His EA Radhika . When we complained about her being bossy around us since she is not our head Founder thinks we are being too rude to her and we are being kid there is so much trauma this place has given me also The founder is way too and wil never leave a chance to make you feel uncomfortable

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
